Welcome To The Erwin Area Chamber of Commerce
Erwin is a community that began in 1903 along with the construction of a cotton mill.
Much of Erwin’s history revolves around the mill. In fact, this former “Denim Capital of the World” holds a yearly fall festival called “Denim Days” which celebrates the town’s rich heritage and association with the mill.
Denim Days is proudly coordinated and sponsored by the Erwin Area Chamber of Commerce and our wonderful partners!
In 2024, we are celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Denim Days Festival and we hope to see you there. The Gospel Sing, concerts, street dance, parade, K9 & dance/gymnastics demonstrations, and inflatables for the kids are all FREE!
